Terms and Condition

 
1. Check in and Check out times are advised at time of booking and must be adhered to, unless prior arrangements have been made. A late check out of 4pm can be arranged if available for a cost of $50.
2. Linen is provided for the master bedroom Linen packs including sheets, pillow case, towel and face washer can be provided for an additional $5 per person per stay. The main (king) bed is made up for arrival.
3. A booking form, with credit card details, must be completed and returned prior to arrival On receipt, key details and any relevant vouchers are sent to guests.
4. Bath towels must not be taken to the beach. Beach towels are not supplied.
5. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Ash tins are provided on the balcony.
6.Dogs are not allowed inside, except for seeing-eye and hearing dogs. Dogs can be left outdoors in the enclosed yard but a fee of $50 per dog will apply.
7. Toiletries- An initial supply of toilet tissue, soap, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner is provided for arrival and is not replenished during your stay.
8. Breakfast- Tea and coffee making provisions are supplied. Provisions for a continental breakfast (includes bread, butter, cereals, juice, spreads,) can be ordered for $3 per person per day and charged to your credit card. Provisions for a cooked breakfast (eggs, bacon and local sausages) can be arranged for $5 per person per day and charged to your credit card. Provisions for a full breakfast are available for $8 per person, per day.
9.Cleaning. Your accommodation cost includes a 3 hour cleaning fee. Should the cleaning exceed three hours, then an additional charge of $40 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged to your credit card. This includes the spa, barbecue, weber kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
10.Rubbish. All general rubbish is to placed in garbage bags and put into the red bin. The yellow bin is only for re-cyclable items such as cans, bottles, paper and cardboard. The green bin is only for garden waste. The bins are to be placed on the kerb on departure. If the bins are full, do not leave it on the property. You are requested to either take it home with you or place it in the council bins by the jetty. The Council will not empty the bins if they contain the wrong matter and a fee of $30 will be charged to your credit card if the cleaner has to empty the bins by hand.
11. Any breakages or theft will be charged to your credit card.
12. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Linen for the cot is not supplied.
